Many ignore the news in the hopes of preserving their peace and happiness. Indeed, this is a choice we can exercise at any time, and unfortunately, even our entire lives. I understand the need to break from news, and I understand a lot of news is relatively trivial, if not a lie. I also understand it hurts to learn about what’s going on in the world. It’s stressful enough just putting food on the table, paying the bills, and living each day with some hope.

But the human spirit was meant to stretch, a lot. And we need to keep stretching, growing beyond our comfort zone. Because our comfort zone is shrinking in on us from the outside in, if you’ve been following the news. In response, we have to stretch our hearts and actions wider just to offset the chaotic encroachments of fundamentalists, deniers, haters, and sociopaths.

There is no moment in which everything around us isn’t beginning. In fact, if the various cosmos – from the greatest to the least – had a slogan, it would be this: “In with the new, out with the old.”

This celestial principle of regeneration is not only ceaseless in the world around us; it is always at work within us, as well. We are renewed every moment, from the inside out. Now let’s see how this one truth can empower us to let go of any lingering pain of the past, whether from three seconds or thirty years ago.

We understand that the whole universe never stops changing, and that we are each a part of this greater whole. Science confirms this finding; every cell in our body is exchanged within a period of seven years. No part of who we once were remains the same; every element is replaced with something new. These findings hold many self-liberating revelations, but none more important than the following:

FOCUSED PRAYERS  “You are loved beyond all measure. If you have not experienced your Higher Self, Spirit Guides or your concept of God, we ask that you trust that they do exist. They are ever-present to fulfill your highest dreams. You need simply ask for their help. The more focused your prayers are, the more able we are to set into motion the events that will lead to your desired outcome. Wavering back and forth tremendously slows down the process while fears and doubts can fully block progression towards your goals.

When you have thoughts such as, “I can’t have it. That is impossible!” the universe sees these as your truth and will not try to convince you otherwise. Your Angels and Spirit Guides know that nothing is impossible and that you can have anything you desire. However, they cannot and will not impose anything on you that goes against your free will or is not in alignment with your belief codes. Look at your belief codes. Take them apart, brick by brick and examine them to see which ones are not structurally sound.

Who knew that animal poo could be converted into jet fuel for commercial airlines? Well, it can! United Airlines will begin regular flights between LA and San Francisco which will run on 30% biofuel. This fuel is a combination of farm waste and traditional jet fuel. Testing has reported no loss in engine performance and there are no noticeable disadvantages for passengers (vis-à-vis unpleasant odours).

The entire aviation industry has been under media scrutiny for its substantial carbon footprint, as they account for 2% of worldwide greenhouses gas emissions. United’s Managing Director for Environmental Affairs and Sustainability, Angela Foster-Rice, said in a press conference that “This partnership underscores United’s efforts to be a leader in alternative fuels as well as our efforts to lead commercial aviation as an environmentally responsible company”. The use of green bio jet fuel can reduce greenhouse gas emission by as much as 80% when compared to tradition fuel. Kudos to United Airlines for setting an example for the industry.

From nature’s touch to nature’s love and nature’s hideaway to natures “calling”. Mother Nature is always giving, always balancing and always there for us. A place of healing, inspiration and energy. Her euphoric embrace binds the cells of our being restoring tranquility and effervescence. Mother nature is cleansing. This cleanse that nature provides, knits comfort and understanding into our brains and our bloodstream.

A study released in 2012 by Psychologists Zelenski and Nesbit, exemplified how it is we connect emotionally and physiologically to nature and the environment around us. In this collection of research titled “Nature’s Relatedness” a priority goal of theirs was “to determine whether the association between nature relatedness and happiness is due to a general sense of connectedness or a more specific link with nature.”

Two “scales” went public across many regions. The first, was a scale where people rated how they disagreed/agreed with a statement that had to do directly with nature; such as: “I believe nature to be an important part of my spirituality.”

El Salvador previously took steps toward banning glyphosate, the potential carcinogen found in Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide.

Farmers and activists for natural agriculture in El Salvador successfully resisted efforts by the U.S. government to tie foreign aid to the use of GMO seeds, in the latest attempt to link relief money with profits for Monsanto, the controversial multinational agribusiness giant.

In 2013, the U.S. offered El Salvador $277 million in aid through the Millennium Challenge Corporation, a foreign aid agency established under President George W. Bush. Then, in 2014, Dahr Jamail reports for Truthout, U.S. officials started putting increased pressure on the Central American country to make “economic and environmental policy changes” in return for receiving the next phase of the aid package. A key part of the disagreement involved programs to provide locally produced seeds to poor farmers, which officials argued violated the Dominican Republic-Central America Free Trade Agreement by favoring local products over those produced by multinational corporations.

They day you were taught that magic didn’t exist and things were “just your imagination” was a sad day, indeed. For with the loss of those two things you lost your sense of wonder for the world, and moved into constraint and self doubt. It, in effect, taught you to dismiss the Now and the appreciation and endless possibilities that exist from there. This, for many of you, was when you started to dismiss your inner child and your inner knowingness, which created a deep separation within yourself.

But it is not too late! You are now your own loving parent, and that part of you is still there, waiting to be recognized and honoured and invited to play. Bring that inner child to the forefront and allow him or her to bring the delight back to your Now, to see the world through the eyes of innocence and potential! It will not only make your world filled with magic and wonder again, it will be integrating yourself back into wholeness, lightness, fun and joy.
