I wrote an article a few days ago entitled ‘Stay Strong, World Changers’, and I’d like to return to the subject of strength because it’s relevant to my life and my experiences lately.

Life will send things our way that make us want to throw in the towel, and I’ll admit that my hardest times have left me wondering what I should do next or if I should even try to continue. It’s easy to let the pains and burdens of life keep us from being who we are, but their hold over us gets stronger when we keep giving in to them.

We have to look difficulty and negativity in the eye and boldly proclaim that they won’t stop us from shining our light. We have to find our sacred center no matter what difficulties we have to deal with every day, and we can’t expect the world to be strong if we don’t persevere and keep our own strength.

How are we going to change the world if we can’t even get past our own issues? We came here to persevere through all of the hard times we knew we’d have to face, and when the pain piles up and we don’t feel like we can keep going, we have to remember that we aren’t the only ones who suffer.

Is there a natural herb or treatment to detox from fluoride, mercury, and pineal gland calcification?

The first intentional addition of fluoride in drinking water occurred in the early 1930′s in Nazi Germany. It’s not just the high fat, salt or sugar content of processed foods that is driving obesity and diet-related illnesses — the lack of food diversity is killing our gut flora, claims one researcher. If we exclude sugar, approximately 80 percent of all calories in processed foods come from a combination of four ingredients.

Drawing upon evidence from multiple studies, Professor of genetic epidemiology at King’s College London and author of The Diet Myth, Tim Spector said the restrictive nature of highly processed diets which use just a few ingredients is responsible for reducing our microbe diversity – and is making us ill.

“That junk food is bad for you is not news — the combination of saturated fat, calories, sugar, chemicals and lack of fibre is an obvious signal. The lack of diversity in the diet, though, is an overlooked factor: 80% of processed food is made up of just four ingredients — corn, wheat, soy and meat,” he wrote.

Cognitive dissonance is the firewall that exists in most minds when confronted with a challenge to their basic beliefs about the world.  As it is human nature to avoid admitting being in error or having been duped, for most humans the ego zealously flees the admission to oneself of significant error.  Challenges to our worldviews or paradigms of belief are also quite jarring – they can unsettle our comfortable existence and lead us to question everything we held dear, and might even lead to psychological or spiritual crises when the consideration of being fundamentally in error is on the table.

As a result, the ego erects a series of firewalls to protect its fragility in order to maintain the schemas, or archetypal systems of symbols, that have been erected in the mind since birth.  These structures, even if manifestly in error, are still mysteriously propped up by the mind or ego because of the psyche’s desire for order and meaning – “everything in its place,” to quote Radiohead.  However, for those who enter arenas where the goal is to challenge these structures of belief, such as religion, philosophy or even alternative information, being open to the possibility of change is required.

The faster you can stop looking for ways to make yourself or others wrong, the faster the energy of complete acceptance will take hold and allow people to finally focus on what is gloriously right in each and every person on the planet. Acceptance supports freedom, which is the sweet nectar that allows every soul to self express in a way that is perfect for them. It is through that freedom that people will finally find their purpose and live the satisfying life expressions they were always meant to live. Don’t you want that for yourself and for others? Follow your intuition and allow yourself to walk along the path of discovery. Know that no thing you do is “wrong” or “bad.” All you do is simply an experience. Each of you is living a unique existence.
