If reality is unified, then we must also accept that everything is essentially equal.

Spirituality is a very personal affair regardless of the various pathways that one may take or disciplines that one may adhere to. Yet even though there is an abundance of different belief systems and avenues for spiritual endeavour, there is one universal agreement between them – the principle of unity.

Transcending the illusion of disconnection is a personal path.

There are many ways that one may be introduced to this philosophy. We may have been brought up around it via our family. We might have had a profound revelation in a one-off experience. Some are initiated through paranormal activity. Others just intuitively feel it...

Baking soda is likely the most inexpensive health remedy in the world. It is effective at combating everything from colds to cancer, as well as beneficial for oral health, deodorants and so much more. If it’s one thing you want in your home pharmacy, it’s baking soda.

Note: People still confuse baking soda with baking powder and the presence of aluminum. Baking soda has never had aluminum.

Sodium Bicarbonate (NaHCO3) commonly called baking soda is a natural substance used in the human body within the bloodstream to regulate pH as a counterbalance to acid build up, which is critical to life. It affects the pH of cells and tissues, balances cell voltage, and increases CO2 which helps with oxygenation. Sodium Bicarbonate is a powerful medical tool that everyone would benefit by knowing more about.

The new moon is upon us again.  Within the rhythmic cycles of the grandmother moon, there is a point each month during which the moon is completely hidden, causing it to appear completely dark and invisible from our Earth perspective.  This happens when the moon is in conjunction with the sun.  This is the moon phase referred to as a “New Moon”, after which point the moon is in a waxing period, meaning a phase of becoming progressively more visible leading up to the full moon.

In basically every culture throughout history, great significance is paid to the moon and her phases.  Astrologically speaking, the new moon is associated with intense yin (feminine principle) energy, darkness, introversion, new beginnings, solitude, and intentions.  Within many cultural and religious traditions, new projects are intentionally begun during the period of the new moon.  Whereas the sun and solar energy are bright, visible, warm, penetrating, and ‘male’ or yang polarity, the moon is the great celestial grandmother- cooling, receptive, cleansing, soft, magnetic, and female- associated with water.

1. EXERCISE MORE – 7 MINUTES MIGHT BE ENOUGH

You might have seen some talk recently about the scientific 7 minute workout mentioned in The New York Times. So if you thought exercise was something you didn’t have time for, maybe you can fit it in after all.

Through My heart revolves the world. The world reverberates through My heart. The world with you in it revolves around My heart. My love spins the Universe, and how light the Universe is as I carry it in My heart. There is no heaviness in My heart. Love and light weigh nothing.

If your heart feels heavy, something else, something uncalled for, has obtruded there. Superfluous baggage causes inefficiency of the heart. It causes insufficiency of the heart. Burdens add mass and are extraneous to the heart. Your heart is to weigh nothing. Heavy-hearted is not of God.

Now, do not add guilt or embarrassment to an already stuffed heart. Your heart has suffered enough. One minute of heartache is too much.

You are in process here on Earth. You are in process of removing burdens from your heart and from others’ hearts. At the very least, you are not to add to anyone’s sense of heaviness. Dispense with negativity, and this process will take care of itself. To think of it, never to have to worry about causing even the slightest harm to another, thus sparing yourself. You are here on Earth for dispassionate kindness. There is no need for you to carry defense of armor.

Lightheartedness is the rule of the day. Lighthearted, you fly on the wings of angels. Lighthearted, you fly on your own wings of light and love. Easy does it.

Mindfulness is the mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations.

Life can bring about an array of different ways to force one out of body, where it seems the mundane is ruler and routine is how it is all kept together.

Life is about constantly stepping out of those comfort zones to allow one to be in constant expansion with oneself. Finding out your own personal method of Mindfulness will help you when dealing with the unexpected and in manifesting the life you want.
