Life begins at the edge of your Comfort Zone
The question I want to ask you today echoes throughout the halls of history. Tis not “What are we to do with death”, but “What are we to do with Life?”
Life exists in individual moments, and it’s up to us to make sure that those moments are vast, interconnected, and grand. The story of the Heroes Journey is the archetype of the “main character” so to speak, having the experience of not only adventure, but personal transformation and growth.

Shift your Perspective: On Discomfort

Are you comfortable in your discomfort? Have you found it easier to maintain your life in a way that perpetuates the need to complain, yet do nothing significant to address it?
Discomfort comes in many forms: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The resulting pain is there to bring your attention to something that is not serving you and that requires closer inspection. Everything is connected; physical pain is exacerbated by mental, emotional, and spiritual distress. For example, depression and anxiety can intensify or present as physical pain, while physical pain can bring about depression and anxiety.
To clear the discomfort, the root cause must be addressed. It will persist until you spend some time considering the source. It may simply be a physical issue that only a doctor can treat; at the same time, there are underlying metaphysical associations for most illnesses. Once the spiritual, mental, or emotional issue is resolved, the physical pain subsides.

Seasonal Affective Disorder – Natural Treatment

Seasonal Affective Disorder, also known as SAD, is a form of depression. Most people tend to slow down a little in the winter and experience some form of “winter blues”, but full-blown Seasonal Affective Disorder can be extremely disabling.
Seasonal Affective Disorder is often the result of the winter season when the days are shorter. People tend to sleep more, become sedentary, crave carbohydrates, gain weight, and avoid social interaction. Psychologically, they are depressed.
Attaining a balance of yin-yang or light and dark is innate in the Chinese Medicine and Feng Shui philosophies. Although we cannot see the electromagnetic frequencies of the earth or planets, it is important for us to live in an environment that allows us to be synchronized with these forces.

Why You Should Never Give Up On Love

You know what I really love? LOVE! I love LOVE!
The way I see it, there ain’t no bigger and more powerful force in the whole universe than LOVE itself.
Love makes the world go round. It’s the glue that hold everything together. Love is what we are made of. We are made of love and made to love. Our true nature is love and by trying to move away from love, by saying that we want to give up on love, we slowly but surely move away from who we truly are. We move away from our true nature, drifting away and feeling more and more disoriented, disconnected and confused.
The biggest mistake anyone can make is to give up on love.

Learning how to face your fears so that you can gather enough courage to face them is one of the first steps to overcoming the energy of fear. Another very important step is to comprehend what fear is. If you don’t take the time to learn what fear is, you will have a very hard time overcoming your fears. The reason for this is because you can’t overcome fearful emotions when you aren’t even aware of how they are affecting you. Once you know what your fears are and how they affect you, it becomes easier for you to find solutions to help you overcome them.
What is fear?
Fear is the strongest thought form in the negative polarity. It is a negative form of energy that is often expressed through negative emotions. This negative energy is great for weakening your energy of empowerment, because it puts your mind in a victim consciousness state. This negative state of mind prevents you from appreciating the gift of love, making it hard for you to comprehend others and appreciate life. The energy of fear also brings chaos into your life and prevents you from accessing your higher senses.
