Dear Jennifer:  I am ending a long-term relationship and am trying to do it in the best way possible. Even though I am trying to be nice, my partner calls me unreasonable, says that it is all my fault and that I am being mean. I would like to still be friends when it’s over but he has become so demanding that I have had to hire an attorney  and it is all getting out of control How can I end this in a nice way, without being mean?

Jennifer’s Answer:  When we do things for ourselves, others will respond according to their needs and fear. It sounds like your partner is resentful of your actions and is doing his best to show you how angry he is with your decision. You can’t  control his reactions or responses and have to do what is best for you, in spite of them. How important is it to you that he sees you as a ‘nice’ person and what are you willing to do to create that?  The bigger issue for you, though, is how you define being mean or nice.

Supa, an Arcturian member of my GF medical team, encourages me to use my less-dominate hand when performing daily tasks. This will help balance my brain. So after bathing, I use my left hand (I'm right handed) to wipe down the shower walls. I pick up my water glass with my left hand. I find it difficult to do some things with my left hand but it does get easier with time.

Holy Smokes! How is everyone coping with the influx of the energies of 11-11, 11-22, new moons, full moons, solar eclipse, etc? The planet is accelerating so quickly into higher frequency patterns it can bring on many "ascension symptoms".

In my daily activities, I am in contact with many Starseeds. We always share our body's aches and pains. When we share our experiences, we tend to feel better knowing that what we are experiencing is a result from the integration of our higher Light-energy bodies.

As we continue to weave the web and become One with the flow of life, it can be hard not to have those moments where suddenly everything stops making sense. Equally, are those moments; those lightning fast flashes where suddenly everything starts making sense. It is not uncommon to experience both in rapid succession, and to end up feeling more, but less, confused all at the same time.

This is all part of the path of awakening, but it is hard to ride the waves of change when such thoughts can fragment and unify at the same time. It is akin to taking one step forward and one step backward, and although this implies standing on the same spot, at a deeper level, much has been learned in the process.
