(editor's note: Yesterday we talked about the benefits of sunlight vs. the harmful chemicals in commercial sunscreens. Today I'd like to continue with that topic and expand it to include a recipe for a natural cream that protects your skin from excess UVA radiation and replenish the moisture loss as well.
Secondly, there is a plant in the Amazon region called the Graviola Tree that is showing promise as it is able to target certain cancer cells and kill them without the harmful side effects found with traditional chemo or radiation therapies.
In time, the science of light and sound will advance so that we can update our medical centers, similar to those used on our Healing Ships.
Awakening within us all is the ability to completely heal ourselves.
As our bodies evolve from carbon-based to a crystalline-based structure, we must all learn how to properly nourish and treat our physical body.

There are those amongst you that are now awakening to their missions, as you are approaching a most intense period of activity. These Beings have been waiting for this particular time, to be available for the masses who will need guidance to understand what is going on around them. Events are going to move quite quickly, and there will be some confusion and fear as a result.
Over the weekend and throughout this week some interesting new vibrations have been ‘coming through.’ These may be felt or experienced as something different for everyone, and if you are holding onto old baggage or have been hiding how you truly feel about things then you may be in for a rocky time. There is no room for these ‘heavier’ or denser old energies as the new comes in – it just cannot exist! So the higher vibrations entering during times like this can bring old things to the surface. You may do best to really and truly look at this stuff that surfaces and let it go once and for all. If you don’t know how to let go, please look around for resources – there is so much! I have a lot in previous blog posts too – if you cant find anything, please ask!

When you all awaken into the amazing brilliance of Realty your joy will be ecstatic. It truly is your natural state – constant ecstatic joy – and it will be as though you had never left, which of course you never did. Your memories of pain, fear, betrayal, scarcity, and suffering of any kind, which are such heavy burdens for you now, will be no more — because they were completely illusory and dissolved with the illusion.
While you are experiencing the illusion as real, this is very difficult for you to understand, and many of you might think that not to have memories of these bad times would be a loss, something that would detract from the joy of awakening into Reality and finding that they had dissolved. But this is not the case. To be in joy with absolutely no memory of the illusion is to be completely released from that unhappy state and from any shadow it could cast on your present enjoyment.
