There are three transformational processes within the evolution of the Consciousness. These are, in fact, three levels of development. At these different levels of development the state and functions of the Consciousness show entirely different signs. If we are aware of these characteristic signs, we may easily recognize what state of development of the Consciousness we are in: ordinary Consciousness, awakening or the level of complete freedom.

1. The Level of Ordinary Consciousness

This is the lowest level of the evolutionary process of the Consciousness. Ordinary Consciousness is rooted in, and feeds on, past times. The present moment is less important for it, it is only a gateway leading to a future we long for. Future is nothing but an improved and beautified version of the past, a future in which we will be successful in the all the things in which we have failed in the past. For ordinary consciousness, only past and future exist, it lives in those and feeds on those.

True healing and true health are deep concepts which by their very definition imply oneness and unity (the word heal is etymologically derived from various words such as the Old English hælan meaning “to make whole”). True healing includes the many levels within you beyond just the physical – the integration of the emotional, sexual, mental, spiritual and other selves or layers. True healing is far beyond just “managing”, “treating” and “curing” disease, which Big Pharma and its lapdog the FDA like to focus so exclusively upon. Western medicine has its place in society as an excellent tool for specialized surgical or other emergency interventions – however it came into being from the Rockefeller-Big Pharma cartel, whose business model thrives on repeat customers who can’t get off the hamster wheel of drug after drug after drug. On a deeper level, is it really any wonder that Western medicine can’t deliver true healing, when its approach is narrow and materialistic, rather than broad and holistic – when it’s fixated on managing, treating and curing, rather than healing?

Today, the website of New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade released the massive, full text of the ostensibly secretive Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).

At the bottom there is a link to a zip file containing all chapters or one can read and save each chapter PDF individually. The lengthy text contains a lot of business newspeak. However, various chapters deal with history’s biggest free trade move yet, pharmaceutical industries, business conduct in third-world and developing countries, agriculture, state-owned enterprises and designated monopolies (interesting terminology), government procurement, competition policies, and e-commerce.

Rises to nearly 60%

More Americans take prescription medications than ever before – nearly 60% – and obesity could be to blame.

A new study published in JAMA shows that the number of people taking prescription drugs increased from 51% of the adult population in 1999 to 59% in 2011. Cholesterol and blood pressure drugs are the most-used medications in the U.S. [1]

In fact, the most popular drug in the country is Zocor, a cholesterol-lowering statin drug. Also known as simvastatin, the medication is used by 8% of the U.S. population.

Additionally, the number of people taking 5 or more prescriptions in a month has doubled to nearly 15%. [2]

Moon’s Nodes move from Aries/Libra to Pisces/Virgo this week. This “reverse ingress” (Moon’s Nodes retrograde backwards through the zodiac) occurs while both Sun and Moon reside in the Scorpio sign. The feel of the Nodes changing signs, therefore, has a certain depth, and also a new sense of emphasis on endings and completion, wispy idealism, and steadfast attention to detail and work. North Node enters the Virgo sign with Mars also in the anaretic degree of Virgo. Mars, the traditional ruler of Scorpio, repeats the intense Scorpio influence regarding Moon’s Nodes changing signs. The Mars influence suggests that future direction and destiny at this point in time are aligned with a precise, energetic attention to detail and passionate work and service to others. Most certainly, the Nodal shift creates a more spiritual feel in the transits this week.

Look, reasons for being upset to one degree or another are a dime a dozen. Reasons for peace within and outside are also available. Must anger be at the top of the list?

Put your energy to good use. Do you really consider anger as more important than getting work done or more important than rising to an occasion of joy? If all your spurts of anger were money, you might be a rich man. Consider rationing your anger. Some days you are like a little boiling teapot or like a little mighty Vesuvius puffing out how irate you are.

What is this craving for anger? You may say you don’t want to be angry. I have to ask then, why are you? Again and again, one incident after another, raises the shackles on your back. No matter how entitled you may be, anger seems to be a waste of your time and energy. What is the benefit of getting all steamed up? What benefit is there in getting upset? Anger only breeds anger.
