There are many organs (the skin, liver, bowels, etc.) to consider when we are desirous of cleansing the body for a goal of optimal health. Thanks to new technology, though, we can now see exactly how the brain washes itself – not in the metaphoric sense, but how the glial cells, which power cerebrospinal fluid, help wash out guck from the brain.

How the Brain Washes Itself

Fortunately, the kind of toxic goop that the liver or intestines take on doesn’t cross the blood-brain barrier and interfere with the fatty mass between our ears. This is how the brain protects itself from pathogens like viruses and microbes. In order to protect itself, yet still flush out toxins, the brain makes a fluid called cerebrospinal fluid that scientists once had a hunch helped keep the body and brain healthy, but weren’t exactly sure how.

When you are presented with a challenging situation, look at all angles. Chances are, your behavior has played some part in it. Acknowledge, forgive and release. ~ Creator

Surrender and flow, with faith and trust, activates your team of highest advisors to, in the most direct way possible, lead you to your highest experiences. By getting out of your own way, out of the agonizing and trying, worrying and overthinking, you are immediately able to enter into empowered, co-creative movement.

If you have a blockage, surrender and flow may bring you right to it. This is a good thing! If you don’t panic, you will be able to resolve that issue once and for all, and finally flow beyond it. In fact, we would say surrender and flow is the most efficient way to find the resolution you seek.

Most of you are willing to surrender into the flow but resist the second you bump up against an old issue. Dear Ones, it is your faith and trust that will allow you to resolve it once and for all, and get to the sweet spot your soul has been trying to lead you to all along. ~Archangel Gabriel

Reality As We Know It is suddenly, startlingly, drastically morphing to carry out the change imperative that has been mounting for the past three years. While shifts continue to erupt and propel us forward, the Capricorn Full Moon offers a status report filled with information about their impact on our emotions and sense of security.

The focus of the examination is our bottom line, but that doesn’t mean the exercise is cold or quiet. Even with the Moon in stern, calculating, goal-fixated Capricorn, emotions are deep and passionate. Aggressive, protective instincts have kicked in. Fierce desires have come to light. So have ugly, frightened beasties — hate, paranoia, panic and the terror of sheer survival at stake. A bottle has come uncorked. Whatever is now on the loose — maybe a genie, maybe not — it is not going back in.

God said:

In life in the world, you often feel that you are on the scrimmage line. You feel you are being put to a test, right and left. As if life were an audition while you have already been chosen for the part. You chose yourself.

When you look back, you will come to see that experiences you saw as misadventure did bring you glad tidings.

When you have seen yourself yanked out of one valued experience into an unwanted one, you were blessed. You may have experienced this in many ways. There is the gold in every experience, even in being wrenched from where you wanted to be. In some cases, you have already seen this. If this is what is meant as My Will, you begin to see that even that which appalled you was Good Will, not disaster as you thought.

You experience disaster because of attachment. Life is teaching you to let go of attachment. Life is life. Life is not attachment. Today you can live in the tropics. Tomorrow you may be in Alaska. Today you may be in the lap of luxury, and tomorrow out in the cold. Life is not so predictable as you would like it to be. You want your way. You want what you think is your way. Life is neither predictable nor preventable. Life comes to you in many guises.

No matter how fearful to you what occurs, there is good in it for you. You will grow from it. You would rather not take a step outside of your perceived safety zone. You call safety that which you already know. O, how My children like to keep life locked in place.
