Pine bark, botanical name Pinus pinaster, is a maritime pine native to southwest France that also grows in countries along the western Mediterranean. Pine bark contains a number of beneficial compounds that are extracted from the bark in a way that doesn’t destroy or damage the tree.
The use of various tree barks for health reasons is thought to date back to 1535 when French explorer Jacques Cartier landed in what is now modern day Quebec, Canada. Being winter, no fruits or vegetables were available. Ship crew became ill and began dying from what we now know as scurvy, a deficiency of vitamin C. Natives taught explorers to use local tree bark as a tea for the scurvy. Apparently it worked. As it turns out, the tree bark is rich in vitamin C and other nutritional phytochemicals.

Personal health is about thriving not just surviving.
At its root, maintaining personal health is not about restrictions. We all have friends who go from one diet to the next, maybe receiving short-term change only to revert back to old habits. I’m sure many of us have also done that ourselves. But truly nourishing yourself is about creating new habits.
How can we unearth our innate ability to become healthier and create our own health destiny, through education, empowerment, ancient and scientific truths and intuition? If we can get a better understanding of the health benefits of eating whole foods, how it affects dis-ease, self-empowerment, responsibility, conscious living, transitioning, socializing and so much more, we can make great strides in empowering ourselves and take control of our own health destinies.
For years and years, the best way we knew how to deal with Cancer Cells involved blasting the entire area with radiation until everything died, and then hopefully the normal cells would return to the now dead-area, and the cancer cells would stay obliviated…

Active Region 2371, now classifiead as Beta-Gamma-Delta and located near the center of the disk, erupted with two M-class solar flares - M2.0 and M2.7 - early on June 21, 2015 producing Earth-directed full-halo Coronal Mass Ejection (CME). Arrival is expected on June 23/24.
A Type II and IV radio emission (starting at 02:24 UTC, estimated velocity 682 km/s) were associated with the event. Type IV emissions occur in association with major eruptions on the Sun and are typically associated with strong CMEs and solar radiation storms.
Additionally, two 10cm radio bursts were registered. A 10cm radio burst indicates that the electromagnetic burst associated with a solar flare at the 10cm wavelength was double or greater than the initial 10cm radio background. This can be indicative of significant radio noise in association with a solar flare. This noise is generally short-lived but can cause interference for sensitive receivers including radar, GPS, and satellite communications.
This time, a bill has been introduced, dubbed the “Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act Of 2015.” Proposed by United States Congressman Mike Pompeo, the bill is aimed at overriding bills in roughly two dozen states that would require foods made with genetically engineered crops to be labeled as such.

Moving backwards or in the wrong direction is not ever going to happen. You do not lose your growth. If you started trying to move in a way that was contrary to your level of attainment, you would simply become far too uncomfortable to continue in that direction in record time. Then you would naturally re-direct back into energies that match your truth and beingness.
This is an opportunity to celebrate! This is the solidifying of the work you have done! Enjoy! You have worked hard and it shows, so allow this day to be one where you not only embrace the endless supports that exist for you, but you also take a moment to own how remarkable and what an important part of this process you truly are. ~Archangel Gabriel

In the depths of our darkest emotions, the light can seem infinitely far away.
When sadness, fear or any negative emotion overcomes us, it’s as if all the things that once triggered reward and happiness in the brain shut down.
It feels like happiness and excitement are impossible to reach in the moment.
Some of us, as a result of coping, create ways to keep the mind busy. It’s as if the physical vessel is here but our consciousness, our presence is not focused on the now.
When we experience low energy days, sometimes we feel victim to our emotions and allow a mental spiral to happen.
If you feel alone in your mind with no one to bounce your thoughts off of, that lack of reassurance can cause self inflicting feelings of self doubt.
God said:
Beloveds, I see disparagement for the suffering it truly represents. I am not hurt by unkind words. Those who feel they must raise their fists at Me are suffering such antagonism that their very antagonism becomes their extreme cause for living. They shake their fist and say: “You did this, God. You made me suffer. Now I will get back at You.”
To those of you who love Me and would defend Me from disdain, there is no need for you to defend Me. Nor do those who rail against Me have to defend themselves and be against Me. They do not have to resolve to oppose Me. They do not have to choose sides, for, in so doing, they turn their self-flagellation on Me Whom they blame for their suffering, as if they have been personally attacked. They are sure I did it.
There is nothing for anyone to take personally.
I know My children suffer. On behalf of those whose suffering won’t leave and they turn their suffering into opposition against Me, let it be known that they are free to make this choice.
So now I talk to you, those who may choose to rail against Me. I respond to you now:
You may be saying, how can I not suffer as a result of the conditions I suffer under?
I say: Suffering may be a choice you chose long ago, yet you chose it, and you choose it still. You may think you are under a yoke of suffering. Indeed, you have suffered, yet who put the yoke on you and told you to carry it as long as you can? Who claimed the yoke of suffering and placed it on you? Not I. I would remove it from you.
