In a move welcomed as a step in the right direction by international advocates, outgoing Nigerian president Goodluck Jonathan has signed a bill officially banning the practice of female genital mutilation (FGM). The Violence Against Persons (Prohibition) Act 2015, which was passed by the Nigerian Senate earlier in May, also will prevent men from leaving their families without proving financial support, according to Reuters.
Nigerian women’s rights and public health groups have long campaigned against FGM, which removes parts or all of a girl’s genitalia, often at a very young age and without the girl’s consultation or consent, saying that it violates human rights. The procedure has also led to severe health problems.

Yesterday, Iceland’s prime minister, Sigmundur Gunnlaugsson, announced a plan that will essentially close the books on his country’s approach to handling the financial crisis — an approach that deviated greatly from the preferences of global financial elites and succeeded quite well. Instead of embracing the orthodoxy of bank bailouts, austerity, and low inflation, Iceland did just the opposite. And even though its economy was hammered by the banking crisis perhaps harder than any other in the world, its labor didn’t deteriorate all that much, and it had a great recovery.

The idea of parallel universes is certainly not something new. It has been entertained in popular media since the existence of universes existing simultaneously has been theorised in Quantum Physics. Many Sci-fi novels and T.V series scripts have been written based on the idea.
The basic assumption behind the notion is that there are possibly an infinite number of other universes besides our own which vary either in minor details or else entirely indistinguishable such as for example having completely different basic laws and constants of physics. Of course the most interesting possibility is the scenario of those parallel universes which might most closely resemble our own albeit with different personal and collective historic timelines.
To be alive is to feel. To feel all of life is to be aware.
Consciousness is a small portion of awareness and both are the ingredients of our beingness.
We are not always conscious of what we are aware of and definitely we cannot be aware of everything within our consciousness.
Identity must transform into beingness and the knower must be born within.
Truth is our state of conscious awareness within our beingness. It is always relative to our knowing and understanding of the Self.
Namaste.

From the 1950’s through the 1970’s, the CIA conducted mind control experiments on U.S. citizens. President Clinton even issued a formal apology on behalf of the government in 1995 for it. The government used drugs, hypnosis, abuse, and electronics in an attempt to control the minds of various subjects. This story was originally uncovered when a Freedom of Information Act request exposed 20,000 classified documents and triggered a series of Senate hearings.
On August 2nd of 1964, the USS Maddox reported that it had been attacked by three North Vietnamese Navy torpedo boats. Maddox shot back 280 shells in what it claimed was a sea battle. a U.S> aircraft carrier was damaged. This incident was largely used to justify our entrance into the Vietnam war. But it never actually happened. In 2005, a study revealed that there were no North Vietnamese naval vessels actually present at the time.
God said:
Peace is possible. It is not only possible, it is close at hand. There need be no enemies in your heart. Enemies do not exist except in your heart. And if you exist as a possible enemy in another’s heart, it is an affliction of the other’s heart. Enemies are a predicated illusion built on hot air balloons.
Someone you see as an enemy is a friend you have had a divide with. There is a misunderstanding and then a fall-out. Now your friend has hurt your feelings, and you block your heart. Now, your friend feels wounded by you. Each of you justifies your hurt with reason upon reason. You build an armory of offenses.
It’s a funny thing with friendships that have gone wrong. Blame arises. Blame arises when what you need is honesty between two or more parties and no blame. Honesty without blame is a beautiful thing. Blame is the enemy of friendship. With blame, one or both parties hasn’t heard what the other means to say and goes off on a wild-goose chase.
War is a wild-goose chase. War doesn’t give you peace in your heart. War exacerbates animosity. War is a schoolboy game where one country or one or another person is going to outdo the other. One country or one person will be defeated, and another will win nothing. The winner wins nothing but a sniff of pride of victory for a moment and the smashing of the other side. Who made two sides?
Nip wars in the bud. Where is the misunderstanding? Whose pride is hurt?

Apart from a unique historical monument of the Middle Bronze Age, Arkaim is known as one of the strongest “anomaly zones” in Russia. But when, why and by whom was this prehistoric site of unusual circles constructed?
Arkaim (Аркаим in Russian) is located north of the Russian borders with Kazakhstan, in the Southern Urals steppe. Several dates of construction have been proposed, however, the most dominant is the one suggesting the 17th century B.C.
It was in 1935 when a military aerial photography in Chelyabinsk, in the Southern Urals, revealed several unusual circles covering a region more than 640 km long. Back then, no one could explain how they were constructed, and as a result it was considered a mystery. Based on this first official sighting of Arkaim, during 1960s scientists identified a complex of 17 fortresses. At the same time a study on ancient peoples of the Eurasian steppe begun. In 1987, Arkaim was rediscovered under the guidance of archaeologist Gennadii Zdanovich, who was in charge of the excavation campaign.
