Bees’ importance to the planet cannot be overstated. The tiny, bumbling bee is responsible for pollinating one-sixth of flowering plants in the world, and also about 400 different types of agricultural plants. In fact, it is estimated that just last year, the honey-producing pollinators helped provide over $19 billion worth of agricultural crops with their pollination services. Globally, they are responsible for helping to create a $300 billion revenue.

Just based on those facts alone, it’s pretty clear that bees are important and need to be preserved: not just because they help keep the food chain flowering and producing food, but because they are a hard-working, selfless species that are incremental to the sustainability and the future of this earth.

For those of you who subscribe to the Blog, you may have received an email asking you about the fear that keeps you stuck. The fear that holds you back from living the life of your dreams. I’ve received thousands of responses from people of all ages from around the world (Thank you!) While the specific stories may differ, the same 3 fears pop up time each time:

1. The fear of being alone.
2. The fear of failure.
3. The fear of success.

Today, I’d like to explore the fear of success. As the flip-side of the fear of failure, it often leads to self-sabotage, self-depreciation, and ironically, failure. Let me explain:

Winnie the Pooh made his great debut into our lives in 1924, and since then, the bear has innocently made his way through life in the Hundred Acre Wood, leading his readers on interesting and memorable adventures. Pooh is seen as a bit dopey, but his dopiness yields some pretty profound wisdom. Here are some of our favorites from over the years.

Piglet: “How do you spell ‘love’?”

Pooh: “You don’t spell it…you feel it.”

“The things that make me different are the things that make me.”

“You are braver than you believe. Stronger than you seem. And smarter than you think.”

“Sometimes the smallest things take the most room in your heart.”

God said:

There is always communication with Me running through your bloodstream. I am never absent. I am always available to you. At the drop of a hat, I am available to you. I am available to everyone. Not everyone is wide open to Me, however.

If you are a human being, you are worthy of communing with Me. You just may have a window closed. You may even be fearful of hearing Me and coming closer to Me. You could be timid about letting go of your ego which you may consider as your joy in life.

The fact is that I AM the joy in your life. Connected to Me, you are connected to Me, and I am the sunny side of the street. I am what I say. I do not have any tricks up My sleeve. I am forthright with you. I say what is so.

There is a tendency to feel that you are giving something up in order to come to Me. You do have to give up the past. You do have to give up the false identity card you believe is yours. Your identity card may say: “Joe, computer programmer.” It includes your age, the town where you live, and a photo that is similar to the photo of a recently arrested felon. These are hardly your identity.

Your Identity is much greater. The I.D. card I give you is more like this:
