When I began to fully understand the direct effect negative energies have on the health and well-being of the human body, and how a person can end up chronically or terminally ill if these energies are not processed effectively, I immediately wanted to write an article on the issue. So, I began broadening my horizons in the field of energy medicine by studying the work of energy healers like Donna Eden and Amy B. Scher, and I quickly realized I still had a lot of work to do myself when it came to releasing stored negative energies from past traumas and unprocessed emotions before I could write anything legit on the subject.

As a result, I implemented some of their techniques into my daily life and underwent what I like to refer to as an “energetic detox” since it is much like a physical detox. Similar to a physical detox, you are releasing that which is toxic and does not serve you. Also similar to a physical detox, an energetic detox can cause physical symptoms as the stored energies are brought to the surface to be released. For me, these uncomfortable physical symptoms lasted weeks. With that in mind, I highly recommend taking the process of energy clearing slow at first.

With each new stretch and leap of growth, a little death within must occur. Along with it comes a certain amount of grieving to which there is no time limit. You can choose to make it short or long. Understanding this, of course, is ‘half the battle’. ~ Creator

We encourage you to consider the following ways to greet people. When shaking hands, look them in the eye. Look deep into their soul and recognize that this person is an extension of yourself, that at one time, you were both part of the wholeness of Source.

Without saying a word, send love to them. Choose to be kind to them in this moment and any time in the future. Send this message to them through your eyes.

Make a heart-to-heart connection by welling up feelings of love in your heart. Send it to their heart with the feeling of kinship and trust. No words need be exchanged while this is happening. If someone greets you with a hug, allow yourself to receive this gift.

While embracing, remain silent and allow the love in your heart to be sent to their heart. Let the initiator decide when the hug ends. You have now made a loving connection with another Human Being. Practice doing this every time you meet someone. Many lives have been saved as a result of one person acknowledging the presence of another, especially those who are downtrodden.  Celebrate the divinity within each other!  Etznab 4

One of the most empowering things you can do is to realize that every last thing you desire you can give to yourself. This does not mean that you are doomed to loneliness – quite the opposite! When you step into giving yourself everything you need, you can only attract more of what you hold.

Let us give it to you this way. If you were hungry and had a basket full of food available to you, would you wait for someone to come put the food in your mouth? If you did, not only would you never be satisfied, you would only attract more people who were waiting to be fed, who were too weak to give anything to you or unwilling to share because they were starving. But if you fed yourself and were satisfied and sated, you would attract more people with full baskets who were also satisfied, who would freely share with each other because they were whole and healthy.

Your perceived lack of anything is not a sign for you to seek it externally, it is a sign that you are yearning for your own loving care. It is through tender, loving, self-responsibility that you will finally have more of what is desired drawn to you. You might think of it as mindfully adding to your own treasure chest of creation. ~Archangel Gabriel

God said:

You are love. Despite all the antics in the world you participate in or the Truth that you disavow, you are love. Regardless of anything, you are love, for, so, I made you. Every human being is made of love. No matter if you throw darts at love, you are made of love. No matter how you may set out to disdain love, you are the very love you disdain. You are the love you attack and would deny. You -- who want love so much -- you fight against your recognition of love. You declare non-love from the pillars. You distort love. You have twisted it. You rage against it. You sanction an uproar against love.

Can you rage against love so wholeheartedly unless love exists, and you love it or would love it if you were to believe in it? Love is such a topic. Confess you believe in love. It is yourself you rail against. Love is so important to you, you would destroy love’s very footprint in defense against love.

Is there anyone more foolish than you? Here you are, demanding love by your very disavowal of it as if love were a broken toy given to you, and now you throw it away as far as you can.
