We have spoken extensively about the fact that you are completing the first phase of your incarnation and stepping forward into a brand new phase. You are wrapping things up much like you would do a life review at the end of a lifetime. For many of you what you have lived through and have been working on healing and releasing will start to feel very far removed, much like a pastlife.

Old patterns that would have had you triggered before will no longer hold a charge. Ways you used to give your power away are no longer an option.  Areas of your life that you had trouble standing up for yourself are not challenges anymore because you have stepped off of that timeline.

Some of you are already in your new phase, some of you are in the transition between the two, and others haven’t quite finished wrapping up the old yet. How do you know where you are?

If you are in the next phase of your incarnation, even though all the elements may not have come together and you are just getting glimpses of the new, you have a clear feeling that you belong where you are and that you have stepped into a new beginning. You may have moved or experienced other major life events such as changing careers or life partners (or all of the above!) You are not feeling any urge to travel or leave, but rather will be busy grounding into the energy of where you are with your presence.

God said:

Beloved, if you want to stay young, be quick to say Yes. Here’s the secret to youth. I give it to you now. It is a simple thing to stay vibrant no matter what your age. Keep on saying Yes. Say Yes. Consider that you have a Yes Gene. Every time you smile and say Yes, you practice pressing your Youth Gene.

Be quick to say Yes. Let go of saying No. You are not to rely on the past. Say Yes to something that you may never have said Yes to before.

Here’s the story: You are alive. You sure don’t have to worship youth in order to grow. You are alive now.

Over the next few weeks, there may be times where you will be around other people that trigger you.  Once again, and as always, you have a choice.  You can allow the triggers to happen or you can realize them for what they are, smile, nod and walk away.  One of the things that will differentiate you from others will be your ability to step back and think before you speak!  It will also be beneficial if you ask yourself these questions;

Will I be acting/reacting the same way I always do?

Will what I say be hurtful or insulting to another?

Will what I say make the other person feel/act/react differently?

Will I be projecting my feelings onto another by what I say?

Are they projecting onto me?

If you take a moment and ask The Universe for assistance and support, you will find the answer to the aforementioned questions will change and change quickly.  Remember, you are all growing in ways you have never conceived!  Give yourself and others that opportunity. ~ Creator
