Society requires us to cover up, some cultures more than others. We are so used to wearing clothes throughout the day that it almost feels odd when we shed our layers once we get home. One sleep survey found that a mere 8 percent of Americans snooze in the buff, making it surprising to many to learn that sleeping without the confines of clothing can offer a variety of health benefits.

From the many studies to the personal experience, we already know the importance of getting a good night’s sleep on a regular basis, but why not round out your rest with the added bonus of sleeping naked? Here are six benefits of baring it all in the name of health:

If Americans are so happy, then why do we consume 80 percent of the entire global supply of prescription painkillers?  Less than 5 percent of the world’s population lives in this country, and yet we buy four-fifths of these highly addictive drugs. In the United States today, approximately 4.7 million Americans are addicted to prescription pain relievers, and that represents about a 300 percent increase since 1999. If you personally know someone who is suffering from this addiction, then you probably already know how immensely destructive these drugs can be. Someone who was formally living a very healthy and normal life can be reduced to a total basket case within a matter of weeks.

And of course many don’t make it back at all. According to the CDC, more than 28,000 Americans died from opioid overdoses in 2014.  Incredibly, those deaths represented 60 percent of all drug overdose deaths in the United States for that year…

God said:

Be quick to say Yes to helping others whether you like the people or not. Any other person is you yourself to the core. In truth, everyone at your door is you.

Don't be so quick to put love aside because of what you imagine is self-interest. You might willfully allow your heart to die on the vine as you turn your back on another version of yourself. It is yourself you can turn your back on.

Why would I, God, listen to world news? I have My own ear to the ground. I have a version of life different from yours and different from the version the world at large itself portrays. The biggest difference between the world and Me is that the world tends to live by fear while I choose to live by love. I banish no one. I don't jump to conclusions. I do not slam doors. I open hearts. I bless. I welcome.

I offer refuge. I do not pick and choose, even as you may think I sometimes discriminate against you.

I do not make up rules and procedures. If someone needs admittance, I give admittance. If someone needs help, I give help. If someone needs hope, I give hope. I set no limits. I do not say that only people who look like me can come into My gated community. I have no gated communities.

I do not make up or conclude fear stories of all the detrimental things that could happen. When people flee for their lives, I let them in. I do not see that they are a danger to Me. I offer them a room in My inn. I am not exclusive. I am inclusive.

My dearest child; there will be days when you come face to face with your ‘triggers’.  As unpleasant as they can be it is important for you to remain in the moment, to identify and understand them.  Whether it be the way someone speaks to you, a sight or smell, they have been placed there (and you draw them to you) to practice self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others.  Rather than responding immediately, take a breath and a moment to see it for what it truly is….a beautiful moment of growth. ~ Creator

Recently a mysterious object redefined everything we thought we knew about black holes. First of all black holes are supposed to suck everything into them, even light. Secondly, the gravity is so strong that it was believed that nothing in the known universe could come out of a black hole.

That all changed when NASA announced that something very large exited a black hole.

So what exactly happened? Well as two of NASA’s space telescopes, which included the Nuclear Spectroscopic Telescope Array or (NuSTAR) for short, were observing this particular black hole, a large object very suddenly “launched” itself away from the middle or “corona” of the black hole. Right after this remarkable event a massive pulse of X-ray energy spewed forth from the corona. This event seems to have the scientists of earth completely baffled.

To Fiona Harrison, who is the principal investigator for NuSTAR, made a strong note saying that this type of phenomenon is unheard of and completely changes what we originally thought about how black holes function...
