When your heart feels trammeled, you don't know how to survive and to keep your heart stay open at the same time. It is natural and understandable for you to withdraw. It is easy to see how you feel, in effect, that you see no other choice but, perhaps on occasion, to run for your life.

Let's find a way to save your heart, your ideas, your way of being in the world, and still go forward. Where your heart gets hurt, what possibilities are there where you can get past the hurt and make your heart as good as new?

Please know I understand that there are times when you have to go a different way. Perhaps under the present circumstances, you are not heard. Your needs are not heard. If the topic at hand is your priority, of course, it is difficult for you to go on when your heart feels overlooked and indeed may be overlooked.

What does start over mean? If the people who you are currently working together with cannot hear you, maybe give these co-workers another try. If understanding opens up, this is good, and it feels good. If you still feel constrained, then you still have a choice. You have a choice to move on in fairness to all.

Each of you, at some point or another, has hidden parts of yourself in fear of being judged.  They may have been parts that you like very much, but felt others would not understand them.  In the end, all the hiding deeply affected how you relate to your world, a mask you wore to protect and shelter yourself.  That time is over, dearest child!  It may be challenging, but it is time to begin showing your true self.  It does not matter what others think or feel about you…..what matters is how you feel about yourself!  Embrace and grow! ~ Creator

You do not arrive here on Earth all by yourself. Meaning exists for you to be here. There has to be a greater Purpose in Life than just spending non-existent time here from beginning to end. You are here for more than simply living out your years and getting through what is called Life.

When you take a ride on a ship or even a ferry boat, you are going somewhere. You are going from somewhere nearer and nearer to Me and nearer to the Truth of yourself. You are sailing somewhere. You are commuting somewhere. There is a reason. You have a purpose, which, in your present eyes, may appear as big or small.

On a cruise ship, there is another meaning to a cruise. Instead of walking in Life or driving a car home or taking a plane, you are on a cruise. You are going in one direction rather than another. You are going to or you are coming from. During the interim of your cruise, you are nevertheless, sailing.

Of course, you are free to enjoy the ride. I ask you to enjoy the ride. It is My Desire that you enjoy the ride. Do this. Let go of what prevents you. Do it now.

We were recently asked, "How do I fill myself up with love?" We would like to answer that question today.

It is important to understand that the unconditional love that is Source energy is always available to you. You may be in different degrees of acceptance or denial of that love, but you always have the ability to direct yourself back into that alignment through choice.

So the first step of filling yourself up with love is opening yourself up into the receiving of it. This does not need to be a complicated practice. Simply take a moment to still yourself, and with your inner voice simply ask to receive love and then make the conscious decision to allow yourself to accept and feel it. You can ask for an infusion of love from any higher vibrational being you have an affinity for, or you can keep it more general by simply intending to feel Source energy, or universal energy.

The next step to filling yourself up with love is to consciously make the decision to take your love and apply to self. You can imagine stepping outside of yourself and beaming love to your being from your heart centre. Another wonderful technique is to imagine your inner child and gather that little you up onto your lap and snuggle and nurture yourself in that manner. If you wish to do something more tangible, looking at yourself in the mirror with an intention to see and honour your own innate goodness, and sending yourself love in that manner is effective, as well.
